  6. Then we will aggressively clean and degrease the tile.
  7. Next we can make any needed repairs.
  8. Then we will smooth out the repairs.
  9. After that we can apply a bonding agent if needed.
  10. Then we will spray multiple coats of primer.
  11. Next we will spray on multiple coats of finish.
  12. After that we can remove the masking materials and clean up.
  13. Then we can apply a fresh bead of caulk between when possible.
  14. The final step is to show you the like new kitchen tile and go over the 10 year warranty & care info.

So if the grout is missing in a few spots or loose in a few spots spot repair of the grout is included with reglazing. But if the grout is universally failing and needs to be totally regrouted that is not included. Thankfully it’s not very common most grout can be saved.
